  • Payments

    All fees paid to YOLOMOB are for professional services only, including technology development, consulting, training, and support services.

  • Client Responsibilities

    Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and for all decisions taken based on our services.

  • Intellectual Property

    Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in delivered work remain with YOLOMOB until full payment is received.

  • Limitation of Liability

    YOLOMOB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.

  • Confidentiality

    Both parties agree to keep confidential information private unless disclosure is required by law.

  • Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the business’s registered jurisdiction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Fees paid for services already delivered are non-refundable.
  • For ongoing services, cancellations must be requested in writing.
  • Any eligible refund will be calculated based on the work already completed.
  • Custom development, consulting, and training services are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Each project’s specific terms may be set out in a separate agreement or proposal.
